Your Role at Sweep
We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to take charge of strategy, execution, and outcomes across the entire marketing funnel. This role is not confined to one area; you will have comprehensive ownership of pivotal growth initiatives, from conception to pipeline, with substantial exposure to leadership and a direct influence on revenue. This position is perfect for an individual aspiring to advance to a Head of Marketing or CMO role.
You will collaborate across branding, demand generation, and sales alignment, developing programs, experimenting with innovative ideas, and scaling successful strategies. You will spearhead projects such as customer advocacy, webinars, partner marketing, and campaign execution while shaping our market presence. If you possess strategic thinking, quick execution skills, and thrive in an environment with high ownership, this position is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Brand Awareness
- Develop and implement integrated multi-channel campaigns (including product launches, content creation, and demand generation).
- Create innovative, impactful campaigns that stand out in the marketplace.
- Experiment with unconventional marketing tactics (partnerships, activations, community engagement, and guerrilla marketing).
- Transform trends and insights into timely campaigns that enhance visibility and drive pipeline growth.
- Continuously test new channels, messaging, and formats to optimize marketing efforts.
Customer & Partner Marketing
- Establish and expand customer advocacy programs (case studies, references, reviews, and referrals).
- Convert customer insights into engaging content (blogs, videos, etc.).
- Implement co-marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners.
- Provide support for partner content, collateral, and joint endeavors.
Webinars & Content Management
- Manage webinars from start to finish (including content development, speaker coordination, promotion, and execution).
- Increase registration, attendance, and post-event engagement.
- Develop sales and marketing collateral along with campaign content.
- Generate website content as needed.
Email Marketing & Nurture
- Oversee and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
