The Role
This is not your typical growth marketing position; we are seeking a visionary leader who will build and continuously innovate our growth engine. At this pivotal juncture for FLORA, characterized by remarkable product-market fit and viral momentum, you will play a crucial role as our sole Growth Marketer. Your responsibilities will encompass both strategic experimentation and impeccable execution, leading our acquisition and activation initiatives that will shape FLORA's future. Your creativity in channel selection and tactical approach will be vital as we navigate uncharted territory in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead effective paid acquisition strategies to enhance our organic growth efforts.
Take ownership of channel strategy and execution for our self-serve business, managing planning, budgeting, and performance metrics.
Conduct dynamic experiments across various content and channels, analyzing CAC, CPA, and activation rates to optimize scaling decisions.
Collaborate closely with the Product team to refine our website, landing pages, and fundamental conversion pathways.
Lead our AEO/GEO and SEO strategies, focusing on keyword research, on-page optimization, programmatic content, and planning.
Partner with Product to execute lifecycle email campaigns aimed primarily at boosting sign-ups and activation.
Desired Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a growth marketing role.
Proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
