Mission

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Growth Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on pitch management and client expansion. This role is perfect for someone with extensive hands-on digital marketing experience in managing agency pitches, coupled with a strong grasp of client acquisition and upselling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage pitch opportunities from inception to completion, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling pitch materials tailored to meet client objectives and aspirations.

  • Engage with agency partners and internal accounts teams to cultivate strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.

  • Upsell clients when appropriate, utilizing knowledge of client objectives, available services, and campaign potential.

  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to enhance pitch strategies and approaches.

  • Maintain precise records of pitches, opportunities, and outcomes within internal systems.
