This is where we develop the processes, teams, and environment that enable businesses to scale and become global players.This role is for you if you:Have 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / HR People Partner or 5+ years as an HR Generalist in a systematic product company with well-structured HR processes.Possess hands-on experience with the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, development, compensation, retention, and offboarding.Have experience collaborating with executives such as Heads, CEOs, or Founders.Understand HR metrics and can leverage data for decision-making. You not only identify symptoms but also uncover root causes and build processes with future growth in mind.Thrive in dynamic environments: scaling, transformation, and rapid changes energize you rather than intimidate.Are willing to take responsibility and ownership for outcomes.Experience in product tech companies is a plus.Future responsibilities include:Acting as a partner for the CEO and team leaders of early-stage businesses on matters of organizational structure, management development, team effectiveness, and culture.Conducting HR audits of businesses, identifying key risks and growth points, and formulating priorities and initiative plans.Initiating and implementing necessary HR processes for the business: performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, compensation frameworks, and more.Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding.Diving deep into the business context, organizational structure, roles, teams, and products.
