Role overview
The Growth Lead will shape Marloo’s go-to-market approach. This position centers on designing and running experiments, measuring outcomes, and helping scale what proves effective. The role combines hands-on execution with the chance to help build the team as Marloo expands. Collaboration with co-founders Hardy and Shak is a core part of the day-to-day work.
Main responsibilities
- Design and run growth experiments across channels, segments, and messaging.
- Identify and double down on strategies that deliver results, and stop those that do not.
- Emphasize clear, honest measurement over vanity metrics.
Building growth systems
- Curate and enrich lead lists using tools such as Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Set up outbound infrastructure, including sequences, automation, attribution, and dashboards.
- Use AI tools to accelerate experiment deployment.
Market engagement
- Lead introductory and discovery calls to refine messaging and qualify leads.
- Manage full-cycle sales for early-stage deals when needed.
- Share feedback to improve Marloo’s ideal customer profile, pitch, and positioning.
Accountability
- Own growth metrics and ensure alignment with broader business goals.
