About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Growth Lead who thrives in ambiguity and is eager to build effective strategies from scratch. This position is tailored for an individual who is passionate about innovation and willing to experiment with various growth tactics to enhance our enterprise pipeline. You'll engage directly with sales, product, and leadership teams, and after an initial ramp-up period, you will oversee a short-term growth budget while being accountable for measurable pipeline outcomes.

This role demands a mindset focused on continuous learning, quick adaptation, and the ability to translate insights into momentum.

You Will

  • Conduct continuous growth experiments.
  • Design, implement, terminate, and refine experiments across various channels including ABM, events, outbound initiatives, content, and partnerships.
  • Act swiftly and learn in real-time.
  • Launch initiatives even when they are not perfect, iterating based on feedback.
  • Own and analyze growth economics.
  • Manage a short-term budget, focusing on actual pipeline growth rather than superficial metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams.
  • Observe the sales pipeline and understand what drives conversions.
  • Systematize chaotic processes into streamlined operations.
  • When successful, replicate effective strategies.
