The Role
As a Growth Intern in CRM & Loyalty, you will play a vital role in executing our CRM and Loyalty initiatives, focusing on driving conversion, retention, engagement, and reactivation through the LB Community+ loyalty program. You will support the CRM & Loyalty team in strategizing and implementing loyalty initiatives, including building automated CRM communication flows.
