The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a proactive Growth Intern who has firsthand experience in driving a consumer or social product to over 500,000 users. Your expertise in devising, executing, and fine-tuning growth strategies, particularly within the college demographic, will be pivotal in shaping our campus expansion approach and achieving remarkable user growth.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement a digital-first growth strategy to propel dittoai to over 500,000 users.
Create and manage engaging, viral content (UGC, short-form videos, social storytelling) that boosts signups and user interaction.
Lead comprehensive digital campaigns focusing on rapid testing and optimizing performance.
Discover and activate viral growth mechanisms utilizing trends, influencers, and platform-specific tactics.
Develop and oversee a network of student creators and ambassadors to deliver high-impact content.
Leverage data and user feedback to enhance creative content and outcomes.
Organize in-person events and activations that enhance digital growth and generate engaging content.
Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure compelling and campus-relevant messaging.
You Bring
Proven experience in driving growth for a consumer or social application through digital initiatives.
Demonstrable success in creating or leading viral content initiatives (UGC, short-form videos).
Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns and a solid understanding of platform dynamics.
A keen sense for trends and the ability to translate them into impactful content.
A data-driven mindset with a focus on iterative improvements.
Experience in building and nurturing creator or ambassador networks.
Comfortable hosting events and representing the brand in various settings.
Dynamic, fast-paced, and deeply connected to Gen Z culture.
