About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Product Leader to take charge of and elevate our diverse product portfolio, encompassing our primary platform offerings (EOR and Global Payroll) while spearheading the launch of innovative products from concept to reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and overall outcomes for our complete product offerings, managing all aspects from inception to launch.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Product Management team through coaching, performance evaluations, and recruitment.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, and the introduction of new offerings.
- Set and prioritize OKRs and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Enhance the platform to support the development of additional product teams.
- Engage in ongoing discovery with customers and internal teams to refine product direction.
- Leverage data and experiments to inform prioritization, validation, and assessment of product decisions.
- Deconstruct complex cross-team challenges into manageable, sequenced initiatives.
- Clearly communicate strategy, priorities, and trade-offs to executives and partners.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly in complex, cross-functional areas.
- A proven history of delivering products that positively impacted key business metrics.
- Experience in managing or significantly mentoring other Product Managers.
- Ability to balance immediate tactical tasks with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Strong skills in escalation management to ensure products provide expected value to customers.
- Experience with platforms, infrastructure, or multi-product ecosystems.
- Expertise in both qualitative research and quantitative analysis.
- High proficiency in defining and tracking product and business metrics using data.
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams on architecture and technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with executives.
- Strong influence in environments with multiple stakeholders and constraints.
