Real Chemistry is on the lookout for a dynamic Group Director to join our expanding team!

The Group Director will oversee client relationships for substantial or multiple projects, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. This role involves not only offering Real Chemistry's services but also comprehensively understanding the market and pinpointing solutions to their business challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a stellar reputation in client services, a proven track record in relevant industries, and a passion for healthcare and digital health. You will lead client engagements, inspire cross-functional team members to innovate, work efficiently, and deliver impactful results that enhance client satisfaction.

This hybrid position can be based in any of our U. S. offices—Boston, Chicago, Carmel, San Francisco, or New York City—or remotely within the U. S., depending on business needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foster and maintain robust client relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Adapt between strategic oversight and precise tactical execution seamlessly.
  • Advise clients on integrated marketing and communication strategies, uncovering new avenues for brand growth.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key media channels to ensure strategic execution of our services.
  • Create persuasive and high-impact communications plans (annual, quarterly, etc.)
  • Lead operational initiatives and ensure accountability for the financial outcomes of engagements.
