By overseeing applicant databases, organizing interviews, managing onboarding processes, and tracking training progress, this role is instrumental in attracting, integrating, and retaining top local talent, thereby directly impacting the company’s strategic talent management and growth plans.
Your Key Responsibilities
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in meeting Emiratisation recruitment goals.
Support the sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for UAE National candidates.
Maintain and regularly update the database of UAE National applicants.
Contribute to career fairs, university outreach, and other recruitment initiatives.
Facilitate onboarding procedures for new hires, including documentation and system updates.
Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for UAE Nationals.
Address and escalate inquiries related to UAE National employment issues.
Support programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention among UAE Nationals.
Work in collaboration with the Learning & Development team to assign mandatory and developmental training courses.
Monitor training progress and maintain up-to-date training records.
