What You Will Be Responsible For
Management of significant subcontract packages and the main contract, ensuring precision and compliance.
Timely preparation and management of contractual correspondence and notices.
Leading or supporting claims, disputes, and submissions for Extensions of Time (EOT).
Monitoring compliance with contractual requirements while providing guidance to project teams.
Assisting in the development of subcontract suites.
Offering contractual insights and advice to project team members.
Maintaining contract registers with absolute accuracy to ensure all deadlines are respected.
Contributing to the reduction of recurring contractual errors and improving the quality of contract administration.
