Your daily responsibilities will include:
Resolving system and user issues while providing guidance to customers on platform functionality.
Assisting clients in configuring the platform to suit their requirements and testing new software releases.
Engaging directly with customers—both onsite and remotely—to analyze their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
