Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Resolving system and user issues while providing customers with functionality advice.
Assisting clients in configuring the platform to suit their needs and testing new software releases.
Engaging directly with customers, both onsite and remotely, to analyze their needs and identify areas for improvement.
