Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + UNCAPPED BONUS AND COMMISSION

Our successful placements include numerous Chief Investment Officers across Europe within the past year.

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Researcher to join our small, dynamic team in London, contributing to projects throughout Europe. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our senior and experienced staff in a friendly and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough candidate research via desktop investigations and direct engagement through networking.
  • Assist senior researchers and consultants in identifying and sourcing candidates for active roles.
  • Participate in client meetings and networking events to enhance relationships.
  • Lead the preparation of search updates, candidate lists, and detailed candidate reports.
  • Collaborate with a Partner to determine suitable candidates for shortlisting.
  • Ensure candidates are kept informed throughout the search process, coordinating interviews and managing logistics.
