Graduate Recruitment Consultant

£23,000 - £27,000 basic salary + commission (£47,500 OTE)

Over the past few years, our client has experienced exceptional success, doubling their size and expanding internationally with new offices abroad. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will benefit from rapid career advancement opportunities, with the potential to ascend to a Senior Consultant role within just two years. Our uncapped commission structure allows you to earn over £10,000 on top of your basic salary during your first year. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training tailored to your individual development, equipping you with the skills and confidence to excel and achieve your targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gaining a deep understanding of clients and their organizational culture to identify the ideal candidates.
- Building and nurturing a robust candidate pool in your specialization through various methods including advertising campaigns, CV databases, headhunting, and referrals.
- Conducting interviews both over the phone and in person to evaluate candidates' experience and skills.
- Maintaining accurate records in our database, ensuring all client and candidate information, calls, interviews, new job postings, offers, and placements are logged effectively.
- Managing existing client relationships while actively generating target client lists.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong ambition and drive for success.
- Charisma and enthusiasm to foster lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- High motivation and an innate ability to build relationships, complemented by a solid understanding of the business landscape.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A Bachelor's degree, with a preference for 2:1 or higher, though all grades will be considered.
