Our Partner focuses on helping enterprise brands increase their visibility in the world of AI search. The company combines advanced AI research, custom software, and practical strategies to help clients measure and grow their presence across conversational AI platforms. Their approach centers on a small group of high-ACV enterprise clients, offering tailored solutions, strong attribution systems, and smooth integration with revenue and CRM tools. The team operates from New York, supporting an ARR of about $1.5M and a sales pipeline estimated between $5M and $10M.
Role Overview
This is a foundational growth role. The Go-to-Market Engineer will build the company’s GTM engine from the ground up, designing the systems, signals, and campaigns that identify and engage top accounts and create a steady pipeline. The position blends technical execution with creative outreach, moving beyond traditional sales to hands-on building and experimentation.
What You Will Do
- Develop and update Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target account lists
- Create sourcing workflows that use signals to spot companies interested in AI search and AEO
- Work with tools like Clay and custom scrapers to prioritize and enrich target accounts
- Design and run multi-channel growth campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, and other approaches)
- Test, measure, and refine GTM experiments based on results
- Help build the company’s growth infrastructure and outbound processes from scratch
- Collaborate directly with founders on strategy, targeting, and execution
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years in GTM, growth, or GTM engineering roles within startups or high-performance teams
- Deep knowledge in GTM engineering, growth, marketing, SEO, AEO, or similar areas
- Skilled at building lists, workflows, campaigns, and systems that use signals
- Experience with Clay and other modern GTM tools
- Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on work
- Familiar with AI tools and eager to use new technology for efficiency
- Motivated to create new solutions rather than follow set playbooks
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in GTM engineering or technical growth positions
- Direct experience running outbound or demand generation campaigns
