Supported by prestigious investors like ICONIQ, Index Ventures, Pentech, and Marathon, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and technically curious Go-To-Market Engineer to help us design and develop a cutting-edge, AI-native go-to-market engine at Causaly.
Unlike traditional RevOps roles, we seek a visionary builder who thrives on experimentation and automation. You will craft solutions that seamlessly integrate tools, data, and workflows to directly support our revenue teams. While HubSpot will be your starting point, the role will expand to encompass enrichment, outbound automation, AI tools, and the broader GTM technology ecosystem.
This opportunity is perfect for those early in their careers who are eager to learn, comfortable with uncertainty, and driven by rapid improvement rather than perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage GTM Systems
Take ownership of HubSpot as our primary GTM platform, managing pipelines, properties, workflows, routing, sequences, and reporting.
Enhance data quality and reliability through automation, validation, and enrichment processes.
Continuously streamline and refine GTM processes as the business scales.
Automate and Operate AI-driven Systems
Create and implement event-based and trigger-based workflows (e.g., funding events, organizational changes, intent signals).
Develop and iterate on enrichment and outbound workflows using tools such as Clay and similar platforms.
