About the Role
We are in search of a dynamic and passionate Global PR Manager to oversee all facets of our global public relations strategy. Your primary focus will be on enhancing brand and product visibility through effective media engagement, influencer collaborations, and partnerships with makeup artists. This position reports directly to our Head of PR.
You will collaborate closely with our regional PR & Advocacy teams across North America, the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East to design, implement, and assess strategic PR initiatives. These efforts will aim to introduce new markets, store openings, product launches, brand partnerships, and campaigns while engaging our diverse audience to boost brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute innovative PR strategies and plans that resonate globally, while accommodating local nuances to elevate the Charlotte Tilbury brand among target audiences.
- Uphold and promote our core brand values while collaborating with all departments, including sales, digital, training & education, product development, and marketing, to produce integrated campaigns and compelling content.
- Partner with the marketing team to create and facilitate record-breaking launch events for new products or regions.
- Devise and manage communication strategies to support our brand portfolio and new product development, driving key brand objectives.
- Formulate launch plans for significant new product activities and marketing campaigns.
- Execute plans to secure and maximize engagement with celebrity influencers and key media outlets.
