About the Role: We are seeking a visionary Global PR Director to spearhead and enhance Huda Beauty's global public relations strategy. In this pivotal role, you will shape the brand's presence across earned media platforms, cultural narratives, and global storytelling initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in building brand equity, safeguarding our reputation, and ensuring cultural relevance through exceptional communication strategies.
The ideal candidate is an experienced PR strategist with extensive knowledge of global media landscapes, an influential industry network, and a proven track record of crafting impactful narratives that resonate across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the definition and execution of the global PR strategy to amplify brand visibility, desirability, and authority.
- Ensure PR narratives align seamlessly with broader brand and communication initiatives across various markets.
- Develop global frameworks and processes to uphold PR excellence and consistency.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Founder, VP of Communications, and senior leadership on brand storytelling and cultural narratives.
Public Relations
- Advance and refine the global PR function to set benchmarks in storytelling, influence, and thought leadership.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with global editors, key media figures, creators, and cultural influencers.
- Oversee PR strategies for major product launches, significant brand milestones, founder initiatives, and purpose-driven campaigns.
- Design global storytelling initiatives that reinforce our brand values of innovation, inclusivity, and ethics.
- Serve as the spokesperson for Huda Beauty in high-profile communications, including media preparation, interviews, messaging, and press opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal communications to ensure internal messaging aligns with external brand narratives.
Future of PR & Innovation
- Promote modern PR strategies, including brand journalism, social-first storytelling, and creator-driven earned media, moving beyond traditional event-led experiences.
- Stay ahead of emerging media ecosystems, new platforms, and evolving cultural storytelling trends.
- Integrate non-traditional and cross-channel approaches to enhance brand engagement.
