The Global Operations Technology (GOT) team is responsible for overseeing and innovating Coupang's entire delivery and logistics system, particularly handling our rapid delivery service after an order is placed.
The GOT team implements the latest delivery and logistics processes to provide fast and accurate service to customers, striving to realize the question, "How did we live without Coupang?" by building specialized services and processes using new technologies from a user perspective.
