About the job

About Fluidstack

At Fluidstack, we are revolutionizing the infrastructure for advanced intelligence. Collaborating with leading AI labs, governments, and enterprises—including Mistral, Poolside, and Meta—we aim to unlock computational power at unprecedented speeds. Our mission is urgent, as we work tirelessly to make Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) a reality.

Our dedicated team is committed to delivering exceptional infrastructure solutions, treating our customers' success as our own. If you are passionate about purpose, driven by excellence, and eager to contribute to the future of intelligence, we invite you to join us in this exciting journey.

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Logistics Lead to spearhead the strategy and execution of Fluidstack's supply chain operations. You will be responsible for designing our transportation network, selecting and managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners, overseeing warehousing strategies, and establishing scalable operational standards both nationally and internationally.

Managing logistics for building a supercomputer is a complex challenge, involving thousands of SKUs, multi-vendor supply chains, and global deployments. Your role will ensure materials are delivered on time, in sequence, and without any surprises.

As the primary liaison between Supply Chain, Program Management, Procurement, Finance, and onsite operations, you will oversee everything from purchase order release to on-site delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-speed, large-scale logistics and be ready to build from the ground up in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Fluidstack's transportation strategy for the movement of data center equipment, servers, networking hardware, and related materials across global sites.
  • Design lane and carrier strategies to optimize cost, lead time, and risk across multi-site deployments.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with carriers and freight forwarders; negotiate rates and service level agreements (SLAs); hold partners accountable to performance metrics.
  • Develop contingency routing and escalation protocols for critical shipments.
  • Define Fluidstack's warehousing and fulfillment model, determining which capabilities to manage internally versus those to outsource, and establishing effective 3PL/4PL relationships.

About Fluidstack

By partnering with industry leaders, we are dedicated to unlocking computational capabilities that pave the way for the future of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). Our commitment to excellence drives us to create systems that our customers can rely on.
