Key Responsibilities:Craft and implement a robust CRM strategy tailored for the Polish market across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, Push, and In-app communications. Oversee the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding and engagement to retention, reactivation, and churn prevention. Design, launch, and refine CRM campaigns with an emphasis on segmentation, personalization, and measuring ROI. Evaluate CRM performance metrics (LTV, retention, conversion) and convert insights into actionable enhancements. Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Content, and Design teams to deliver insightful, data-driven campaigns. Continuously experiment with new mechanics, offers, and communication strategies that resonate with the Polish audience. Monitor competitors and emerging trends within the Polish iGaming sector. Ensure adherence to local regulations and promote responsible gaming practices. Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of CRM experience. At least 3 years of substantial hands-on experience in the iGaming industry, specifically focusing on the Polish market (mandatory). Demonstrable success in managing CRM campaigns end-to-end with measurable outcomes. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Possess a strong analytical mindset, with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization. Fluency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher. Native proficiency in Polish.
