Role Overview: Global Creative Director
ARQ is hiring its first senior creative leader. The Global Creative Director will shape and drive the creative vision across all markets. This role will influence how the brand appears to the world, working closely with founders and senior leadership. The position is based in London.
The Global Creative Director will build and lead a creative team, including designers, copywriters, and producers. Collaboration with product, growth, and engineering teams is central to the work, ensuring creative output is both consistent and distinctive.
What You Will Do
- Set and guide ARQ's global creative strategy, covering brand, campaigns, content, and product storytelling.
- Grow ARQ’s brand presence in different markets, keeping it consistent, unique, and culturally relevant.
- Lead global and local campaigns (including ATL and digital) from concept through execution, across channels such as TV, out-of-home, social media, and new formats.
- Build and mentor a creative team from the ground up, including designers, writers, producers, and external partners.
- Develop strong relationships with creative partners, production companies, talent, and collaborators worldwide.
- Work closely with growth, product, and leadership teams to turn business needs into high-impact creative work.
- Create an environment where creativity thrives, offering clear direction, timely feedback, and maintaining high standards.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years in creative roles within agency, brand, or hybrid settings.
- Experience building and leading high-performing creative teams.
- A portfolio that showcases successful global campaigns and original thinking.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
