Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Global Copywriter who will play a pivotal role in crafting captivating content that inspires our audience, boosts business growth, and enhances customer engagement while embodying our unique brand voice. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various teams, including Global Marketing, Brand, Product Development, Visual Merchandising, and Creative, to ensure all copy aligns with our brand and product launches.

This position is offered as a Freelance contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the brand’s tone of voice across multiple channels, including campaigns, products, social media, editorial, and experiential content, ensuring long-term brand consistency and integrity.
  • Create engaging, social-first copy for all product launches and brand campaigns, ensuring messaging is relevant, timely, and culturally resonant.
  • Produce compelling, insights-driven copy for integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Maintain messaging consistency across all company divisions.
  • Lead long-form editorial storytelling initiatives, including monthly content such as newsletters and founder letters, that extend narrative beyond product launches.
  • Stay informed about beauty, social, cultural, and SEO trends, with a keen eye on emerging platforms and formats.
  • Explore and implement AI-assisted copy tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining quality.
