About the job
Utilize your expertise in the Electric and Gas Utilities sector to engage, educate, and motivate Esri users and prospective clients within the Energy Utility Industry. You will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing targeted marketing campaigns that align with our strategic objectives. As an industry specialist, your role involves researching and reporting on the financial, technological, and other dynamics influencing the Energy Utility market, and collaborating with key internal stakeholders to define, execute, and assess the Energy Utility marketing plan.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Industry Managers to connect with marketing, sales, product development, professional services, international distributors, educational resources, and partner teams to successfully implement campaign strategies.
- Maintain a consistent flow of engaging content including webinars, success stories, eBooks, social media posts, blogs, and more to enhance brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Leverage your industry knowledge, research capabilities, writing proficiency, and teamwork skills.
- Organize, manage logistics, and actively participate in industry events such as conferences, tradeshows, seminars, webinars, and user group meetings.
- Contribute to the expansion of the Energy Utility community across social media platforms and the Esri Community.
- Work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop, manage, and execute campaign strategies, including effective internal communications to achieve team objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to advance initiatives.
- Create content by utilizing industry insights, research, and relationships, including presentations, StoryMaps, eBooks, articles, technical papers, web content, social media, press releases, and advertisements.
- Analyze and support strategic industry positioning efforts, securing validation from internal and external experts.
- Develop a deep understanding of GIS concepts and provide industry expertise to support internal inquiries, partner interactions, and customer engagements.
