Responsibilities
- Foster Relationships: Collaborate with the account team to present, demonstrate, and support the sale of Esri software and solutions. Assist in strategizing and implementing effective sales approaches.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert: Develop deep knowledge of the AEC industry and technical expertise in ArcGIS. Communicate confidently about Esri technologies and anticipate customer needs, staying ahead of technology trends that may affect them.
- Craft Solutions: Proactively design and propose solutions that illustrate how GIS adds business value by tackling critical challenges faced by our clients. Develop and implement strategies that align Esri technology with their business objectives.
- Share Our Narrative: Deliver compelling technical demonstrations to clients, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide best practices for the deployment and management of Esri technology, and represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
