The Position:

Join our Restaurant Sales & Services teams dedicated to maximizing revenue for restaurants through top-tier management and online reservation technologies. We seek a strategic, action-oriented, and driven Sales Development Representative to join our enthusiastic team.

Your role will be integral to ensuring our restaurant customers succeed and that diners enjoy their experiences.


In this role, you will:

  • Generate sales leads and assist with sales prospecting via phone to schedule appointments for Account Executives in your designated region.
  • Implement lead generation programs developed by the Restaurant Marketing team.
  • Create and distribute sales messaging to restaurant prospects through traditional mail and targeted email marketing.
  • Provide essential support to sales teams, ensuring successful lead hand-offs to Account Executives while exceeding customer expectations and responding to product information requests.
  • Keep management updated on all activities, including timely report preparation.
  • Some travel will be required for training, market research, and sales initiatives, including organizing and attending regional trade shows.
