Requirements:Fluency in German and English with excellent communication abilities. Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred. Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while managing various inquiries. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
