Your Impact:

Are you a motivated and skilled Generator Technician eager to excel in a dynamic Telecom environment? At Pearce, we value your skillset! Our Generator Technicians are responsible for servicing and repairing commercial generators located on cell phone towers within your area. This role is ideal for self-starters who enjoy travel and taking initiative.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain generators by diagnosing issues, installing or replacing components, and conducting routine maintenance or upgrades on seasonal equipment.
  • Perform performance checks and regular maintenance to ensure readiness, interpreting blueprints or design specifications for repairs.
  • Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring, and controls, testing all for proper operation.
  • Respond promptly to power and generator alarms; availability for on-call duty 24/7 when necessary.
  • Work safely, aware of potential hazards associated with power supply equipment, while utilizing safety equipment and participating in all safety training sessions.
