Practice Overview: • Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or part-time options available.• No on-call or weekend clinical duties.• Deliver modern wound management in the post-acute care setting, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week, while full-time roles necessitate 4-5 days per week.• This is a mobile practice, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40 – 60 mile radius of the practice location.• Physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients each day.• Clinical documentation is completed in real-time during rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.• Receive paid training during onboarding, followed by a 6-month wound care fellowship.• W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship available).
