About the Role

As the General Manager for London, Wheely's largest market, you will oversee a business nearing $100M in annual gross bookings/revenue, managing a fleet of over 1,200 chauffeurs and leading four dedicated teams.

You will collaborate closely with our CEO and executive team, enabling swift decision-making with solid support for impactful actions.

This role demands intensity, commitment, and a deep passion for excellence in service, given that we operate 24/7 for our discerning clientele.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee P&L for the London market
  • Manage offline product elements: pricing, availability, and fleet composition
  • Lead four local teams: Driver Operations, Quality & Training (Chauffeur Academy), Sales (Wheely for Business), and Marketing
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on new expansion and partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with the central Product team to enhance the passenger and chauffeur experience
  • Devise regulatory strategies to navigate London's intricate licensing landscape
  • Represent Wheely externally in press engagements, partnerships, and stakeholder interactions.
