FX Sales Team Leader

Location: Ebury Sofia office - 4 days in the office, 1 day of home office per week

As Heads of Desk (HoD), our Sales Team Leaders are the driving force behind our team, essential in cultivating a positive, supportive, and motivational culture at Ebury. They maintain and elevate sales performance through the training, coaching, and development of their teams. A HoD is a leader who sets high standards and inspires their team to exceed their own expectations, utilizing their expertise to provide technical guidance while igniting performance on the sales floor.

About the Role
With a proven track record in FX Sales, you will excel in this managerial position, leading your team to achieve exceptional results. As a natural coach, you will take pleasure in sharing your knowledge and witnessing the growth of your team. Additionally, you will be capable of formulating sales strategies and techniques informed by client feedback and market insights.
You will become part of a well-established team, benefiting from a proven business model and robust support infrastructure.

  • Lead a sales team in developing prospects, exemplifying best practices, and providing coaching and mentoring. You will be responsible for enhancing their skills and facilitating their career advancement.
  • Engage in pitching and closing deals with potential clients, both via phone and in face-to-face meetings.
  • Oversee customer relationships for new clients to ensure seamless onboarding and initial trades.
  • Deliver precise forecasts of expected sales volume.
  • Implement regional sales initiatives, action plans, and training programs alongside your team and fellow Heads of Desk.
  • Ensure compliance with company-wide sales methodologies and administrative processes.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
