Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all documentation necessary for the prompt and accurate processing of warranties, including submissions, filing systems, credit reviews, timely parts returns, goodwill claim submissions, and advising service managers on scrapping parts.
  • Verify the accuracy of new equipment start dates in the system and maintain data as needed.
  • Maintain records and generate monthly recovery rate reports.
  • Report paid warranty claims to the Warranty Supervisor.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for all service department correspondence.
  • Monitor and report recurring equipment failures and prepare related reports.
  • Review and distribute vendor warranty information, including service bulletins and manuals.
  • Track and report on manufacturer campaigns and recalls.
  • Conduct warranty audits with manufacturers.
  • Maintain an accurate library of vendor warranty information.
