Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of solutions that enable Quality, Engineering, and Client Teams to enhance software testing capabilities at Kaluza. Your responsibilities will include: Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders and clients. Crafting strategies and architectures that align with the requirements of internal teams and clients. Identifying and implementing operational improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality. Collaborating closely with a range of internal teams, including Delivery, Product, Customer Success, Commercial, and Engineering. Oversee a cross-functional team of Quality and Developer Engineers, contributing to both the technical and product vision of your team to ensure successful product outcomes. Guide team members in making technical decisions that resonate with Kaluza’s business objectives.
