Ready to embark on this journey with us?Let’s delve into this role and explore how you can contribute to Fever’s mission.About the Role:Design and implement innovative processes and tools to foster Fever’s global growth, focused on optimizing profit and productivity.Identify critical improvement opportunities within each of Fever's business units through tailored analyses (production, time-to-market, invoicing, marketing, etc.).Engage in company-wide strategic initiatives aimed at ensuring seamless operations and communication across teams to achieve business objectives.Explore new features (software, AI agents, dashboards, etc.) to amplify impact.Evaluate and select optimal solutions in each scenario, considering factors such as client satisfaction, costs, and profitability.About You:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.Experience with data analysis and project management tools is preferred.
