Your Role
As a Fullstack Software Engineer at Siena, you will manage projects from inception to completion, enhancing and optimizing features within our AI-driven customer support automation platform. Collaborating closely with the product team, you will help shape our development roadmap while constructing reliable, high-performance systems. Your contributions will facilitate millions of customer interactions with global brands, where your work's reliability and speed will directly influence business success. Your Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable features across the entire tech stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure).
Collaborate with Product to break down project scopes into iterative, impactful releases.
Integrate advanced LLM capabilities into real-world enterprise workflows.
Work on an AI-first product, embedding cutting-edge LLM capabilities into customer support frameworks.
Address complex engineering challenges, optimizing API performance and refining microservices architecture.
Enhance and maintain our cloud infrastructure (AWS) with a DevOps mindset.
Exhibit high levels of agency and ownership—taking initiative, making decisions, and propelling ideas to production.
