Additionally, the BOE provides essential technical expertise to support the Comptroller's oversight of various City Agencies.We are seeking a dedicated Staff Engineer to assist in the investigation and analysis of construction contract claims and disputes, along with other engineering tasks as assigned. The successful candidate will engage in a range of responsibilities, including:Offering engineering and technical support for the investigation and analysis of complex construction contract claims and disputes.Conducting comprehensive reviews of data pertinent to assigned claims or engineering tasks.Preparing detailed reports addressing damages and liabilities, alongside recommendations for supervisory review.Leading research and evaluations of contract and engineering matters of low to medium complexity.Executing additional related duties as required.
