Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old (21 years or older in New Jersey). Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance for in-home services. Must pass background checks and drug screenings. Willingness to complete our full-time, 40-hour paid RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.

Your Role:

  • Support children with autism in various settings: home, community, or one of our centers.
  • Teach essential daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and effectiveness.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
  • Implement therapy sessions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
  • Communicate proactively with families and team members to ensure client needs are met.
