Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. Maintain thorough project documentation: charters, RAID logs, and executive dashboards. Enforce PMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
