Join Brightline as we seek dedicated Full-Time Licensed Behavioral Therapists to provide both in-person and virtual care at our Westchester, NY (White Plains) clinic! If you are passionate about delivering evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and families, we want to hear from you.

At Brightline, we believe in the power of comprehensive care and are committed to fostering a supportive environment for our clients and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive therapeutic services to youth up to 18 years of age, including ongoing therapy, care plan creation, implementation of evidence-based practices, and adherence to measurement-based care protocols.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in peer consultation while engaging in ongoing professional development.

  • Take part in community outreach and engagement initiatives.

  • Supervise pre-licensed trainees, including associate-level master's providers.

Qualifications:

  • Availability during peak hours (3 PM – 7 PM) is essential.

  • Must hold an unrestricted LCSW, LMHC-D, LPC, or LMFT license with at least 3,000 hours of supervised experience.

  • Completion of one of the following national examinations: NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, or ASWB.

  • Proven experience in treating common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

  • Strong commitment to continual learning and staying informed about the latest clinical research.

  • Adherence to ethical standards in care delivery.

  • Experience providing care both in-person and virtually is required.

  • Preferred: Experience supervising pre-licensed providers.

  • NICE TO HAVE: Availability to provide care on Saturdays (9 AM - 1 PM).
