As a Full-Time Leasing Consultant at Peak Made, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience for our residents while actively marketing and leasing apartments. Collaborating closely with your team, you will strive to meet revenue, occupancy, resident satisfaction, and retention goals. We are seeking a dynamic individual with outstanding communication skills, a strong sales and marketing mindset, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement established sales and marketing strategies to boost property traffic, maintain effective closing ratios, and achieve targeted occupancy levels.
- Assist in organizing and hosting resident events to foster community engagement.
- Provide top-notch customer service, setting an exemplary standard for the team as a representative of Peak Made and our community.
- Accurately track and maintain prospect traffic and leasing data.
- Support all move-in and move-out processes, including the collection of deposits and fees as necessary.
- Conduct informative property tours for potential residents, anticipating their needs and addressing concerns proactively.
- Facilitate the leasing and renewal process for beds and apartments through in-person, phone, or online interactions.
- Document and file service requests from residents promptly upon receipt.
- Contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of the office, common areas, and model units.
- Assist with the annual turn process effectively.
- Comply with Peak Made policies and procedures at all times.
- Welcome prospective residents and showcase model units, market-ready apartments, and community amenities.
- Respond to internet leads, providing information to prospects through phone and in-person interactions.
- Work towards optimizing occupancy rates while maximizing leased rent.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property and its competition.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with market surveys when necessary.
- Conduct quarterly inspections of units and prior to move-in.
