Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices. Proficiency in Apple products, G-suite, and omni-channel POS systems. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently in the store. Flexible scheduling with availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Full-time availability.

The Keyholder will help set the pace on the sales floor, support daily operations, and ensure every shopper leaves with a great experience.

What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership and Customer Engagement

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend styling options that fit.
  • Build ongoing client relationships through follow-up and attentive service.
  • Spot chances to cross-sell and upsell, maximizing each transaction.
  • Share product knowledge to help customers see the value and make confident purchases.

Managing the Sales Floor

  • Encourage associates to reach their sales goals and model strong selling habits.
  • Create a positive, results-driven atmosphere on the floor.
  • Coach team members in real time to improve their selling skills and customer service.
  • Apply training from UNTUCKit University and reinforce performance feedback every day.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store with care, maintaining high standards and accountability.
  • Keep the store looking its best and focused on sales.
  • Organize the stockroom to support smooth sales operations.
  • Track key performance indicators and share insights from sales data and customer feedback.
