Following our 10x growth last year, we are ambitious to triple our success this year.1) Development of GTM SystemsManage the lead-to-account-to-opportunity workflow including stages, fields, and rules.Automate processes for routing and data hygiene such as deduplication, enrichment, and updates.Establish consistent rhythms for pipeline reviews, follow-ups, and renewal alerts.Ensure Attio serves as the single source of truth for definitions, naming conventions, and required fields.Develop targeted and semi-templated content for specific deals and demo workspaces.2) RevOps Processes, Automation, and ToolsImplement automations across Claude Co-work, Attio, Slack, email, and calendar.Oversee processes related to legal and information security, enhanced with advanced AI tools.Create and maintain streamlined dashboards for tracking inbound speed/conversion rates, outbound to pipeline, and pilot health metrics.Conduct monthly operations assessments to identify and rectify inefficiencies, simplifying and automating processes as needed.3) SDR Execution (Targeted)Engage in prospecting and outbound efforts targeting our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using Clay, LinkedIn, and Superhuman.Refine high-conversion messaging and outreach sequences.Arrange and qualify meetings while accurately logging next steps in Attio.Develop repeatable outbound strategies, including lists, triggers, and collateral materials.4) Experiments and Growth OperationsExecute 2 to 4 GTM experiments each month.Assess results and convert successful experiments into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks.
