The Mission: What You'll Be Building
As a key contributor, you will engage in the design and implementation of innovative features, provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, and gain deeper insights into cloud-native architectures, microservices, and Agile product development methodologies. You will be fundamental in shaping the next generation of our platform, which includes core components like:
Adaptive Applications: The intelligent backbone powering the manufacturing enterprise.
Champion AI: Agentic AI for manufacturing that promotes measurable productivity and growth.
Your Impact/ What You Will Be Doing:
Full-Stack Implementation & Ownership: Independently design, implement, and lead the development and testing of scalable web application features, taking ownership of key components across modern frontend frameworks and robust backend services.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers in best practices and participate in complex cross-team code reviews to ensure high quality and performance standards.
Code for Scale & Efficiency: Optimize existing code and system architecture for performance, scalability, and maintainability, translating complex product requirements into clean, efficient, and functional code.
Problem Resolution: Proactively debug, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks across the stack with minimal guidance.
Collaborative Innovation: Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver world-class enterprise SaaS products utilized by global customers.
