Since our launch in April 2020, following a year of dedicated brand development and product innovation, Joyride has successfully conducted regular online unclaimed vehicle auctions across the United States. We pride ourselves on our lean yet impactful team, which is comprised of motivated, positive, and collaborative individuals committed to establishing Joyride as the leading platform in this niche market.

About the Role:
We are in search of an accomplished Full Stack Recruiter to enhance our team by identifying and acquiring top-tier talent across various departments within Joyride. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of developing and managing candidate pipelines, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to foster trust with key stakeholders while collaborating effectively with both leaders and peers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Proactively source qualified candidates through internet databases, social media channels, and employee referrals.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of sourcing techniques, including boolean searches and other innovative methods.
- Conduct preliminary screening interviews with technical candidates to assess their skill sets.
- Support key recruitment initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, employee branding, and other strategic programs.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify key metrics for measuring and scaling recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-paced startup or an established technology company.
- Proficient with leading sourcing tools, technology platforms, and online communities where engineers can be found.
- Experience in recruiting for Marketplace Operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
