Your Responsibilities:
Develop AI-driven tools and products
Design and implement new features across the technology stack, from backend data models to React-based frontends
Engage with users to gather insights and shape product development
Collaborate with design teams to enhance frontend experiences and establish interaction standards
Lead projects through uncertainty, breaking them into manageable milestones and ensuring timely delivery
Work closely with customers to refine features and validate the product trajectory
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in professional software engineering within full-stack roles
Proven track record of owning projects from start to finish in a startup environment
Strong proficiency in Typescript, React, Postgres, and NestJS
Demonstrated ability in product design, crafting features that resonate with users
Capability to lead initiatives through ambiguity and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI-native product development
Background in development tools, infrastructure, or observability
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)
Experience in direct customer engagement to shape product offerings
Previous exposure to shaping product direction based on user interactions
