This position centers on order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and improving collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Acting as a link between Operations, Sales, and external logistics providers, the Operations Manager works to drive operational improvements, manage costs, and uphold high service standards. Main responsibilities Order fulfillment and logistics management Develop and maintain strong working relationships with 3PL partners in the UK, US, Germany, and Canada. You will craft the web experiences that narrate this journey and convert visitors into loyal customers.Your ResponsibilitiesTake charge of the technical aspects of ThreatAware's online presence.Develop and maintain a high-performance, secure, and accessible marketing website along with high-converting landing pages for demand generation campaigns.Implement and oversee analytics and tracking systems (GA4, HubSpot) to measure performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize based on insights.Create interactive web tools, resource hubs, and engaging experiences that foster visitor interaction and conversion.Collaborate closely with the Brand & Creative Lead and the Demand Generation team to bring campaigns and product narratives to life online.What We Are Looking ForProficiency in TypeScript — you will be using it daily, so it should feel second nature.A keen eye for design and detail. You have experience building responsive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing web experiences.Hands-on experience with analytics: GA4 implementation, HubSpot integration, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.Familiarity with CMS platforms, backend services, APIs, and serverless architecture.Bonus: Experience with Next.js and React, or a background in product-led growth web experiences.
