Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a proactive Full-Stack Engineer to join our Platform team. This position focuses on improving our web-based dashboard platform, which allows mining companies to upload data, visualize 3D resource models, and gain insights generated by our AI. You will have a hand in both frontend user interfaces and backend systems, ensuring efficient data flow from mining operations to our AI models and back to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies and experience in creating data-intensive web applications. This is a remote-first position with a preference for candidates located in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend:
Develop and sustain our web-based dashboard that serves as the primary interface between clients and our AI technology.
Create user-friendly data upload interfaces that support CSV and customizable formats tailored for mining datasets.
Implement engaging 3D visualizations of block models, including xyz coordinates and predicted values.
Build responsive, user-centric dashboards that present model results, analytics, and performance metrics.
Ensure compatibility with mining industry software such as Leapfrog, Geovia GEMS, and Vulcan.
Optimize interfaces for real-time access from both onsite and corporate locations.
Backend:
Design and develop RESTful APIs and services that connect our frontend to AI models.
Implement secure data storage and processing pipelines on AWS.
