Position Overview:
• Drive the sales of Solvo products and services by identifying and connecting with organizations.
• Articulate the advantages of staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), ensuring alignment between client expectations and our service offerings.
• Oversee the sales process through effective forecasting, resource allocation, strategic planning, and execution.
• Formulate both short-term and long-term sales strategies aimed at boosting sales volume and profit margins.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Regularly achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Enhance your understanding of industry trends, innovative products, services, and broker practices.
• Monitor competitor activities and assess potential risks to our market position.
• Ensure prompt, precise, and efficient service delivery to your client portfolio.
• Manage the preparation and delivery of renewal proposals for existing clients.
• Create succinct executive summaries for client presentations.
• Develop lead generation techniques and utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to monitor sales activities.
• Submit accurate new business documentation, expense accounts, and weekly activity reports punctually.
• Engage in monthly consulting meetings and provide mentorship to team members.
• Frequent travel across the country and occasional international travel for meetings, events, and training sessions (including air and ground transportation).
• Foster and maintain relationships with cross-functional team members to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Attend webinars and training sessions to remain current with best practices.
• Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
